Responsibilities included: Key-holder for four stores, opening and closing duties, food/paper stock inventory, placing food/coffee/milk/paper orders, leading shifts open-to-close, covering breaks, maintaining sanitary conditions, deep cleaning, cash handling, drawer counting, giving team members feedback to maintain service standards
